If you wish to close your cloud-based app account and permanently erase all data associated with your profile, you can choose between two secure pathways:
How to Delete Your RedKin Data
📱 Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Fastest)
If the RedKin application is currently installed on your mobile phone, you do not need to wait for manual processing. You can wipe your data instantly by following these steps:
- Open the RedKin app on your device.
- Navigate to your Profile Screen or settings tray.
- Tap on Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account and confirm your request.
⚡ Immediate Effect: Choosing this native option triggers an automated database routine that immediately purges your unique account identity, self-reported mobile number, and active radar location markers from our cloud servers in real time.
🌐 Method 2: Web Form Request (If App is Uninstalled)
If you have already removed the RedKin application from your device and want your records cleared without re-downloading the app, please fill out our official data clearance form below.
Our administration panel will manually verify your identity profile and securely purge your user document identifier, phone numbers, and location records from our database within 7 business days.
⚠️ Verification Notice: To protect user privacy and prevent unauthorized profile hijacking, the information provided in this form must match your registration configuration exactly.
